Please note that as a registered pharmacy, we are legally required to retain medical records (including prescriptions and consultation notes) for a specific period of time (typically 10+ years), which may override this right for essential medical data.

4. Data Portability & Restriction

You have the right to request that your personal data be transferred to another service provider in a structured, commonly used format. You also have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your data in certain situations.
